“A slow moving object that broke into 3 streams then disappeared”
I had completed an Access to Information Request to the appropriate department. After a thorough investigation, I received a letter indicating that the Department of National Defence had found additional information and sent me that information securely.
That information was in the form of a document as seen below:

@ 1733z (1333L) via DWAN. CIRVIS report: reported by CFC4003 and KLM618. Bright green object flew into cloud, then disappeared. CFC4003 throught (sic) it was flying but KLM618 thought it was probably space debris. Position of [page 1 of 3 continues]
sighted object: Apprx 49N061Wb – CFC4003 was at F300/KLM
was AT F400. Data/time of sighting: 30 July 21 @ 0155z. No
indication for direction or speed of object. Only identifying marks was (sic) bright green light. IAW report: impacts on operations: NONE. CANR notified IAW checklist/faxed to TC…..dmw.
8 Sept 21 – 1410z – Received a call from Vancouver NAVCAN
ref UFO report 0302z 8 Sept 2021.
Member reported seeing a slow moving object that broke into 3 streams then dissapeared (sic). Object was only observed for 2 seconds 30 degrees above the horizon south east of Penticton B.C.
