F APPEARED AS VERY BRIGHT LIGHT IN SOUTH EAST DIRECTION AT AN ALTITUDE OF TO 4,000 FEET. THE LIGHT WAS STATIONARY WHEN FIRST OBSERVED AND REMAINED SO FOR A PERIOD OF APPROX 12-15 SECONDS, DURING THE STATIONARY PERIOD THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE INCREASE AND DECREASE OF LIGHT INTENSITY AND WHAT APPEARED TO THE OBSERVER* AS SMALL MOONS ARCING THE OUTER PERIMETER OF LIGHT • THERE WAS A SLOW UPWARD MOTION OF THE LIGHT FOR APPROX 3-4 SECONDS AT WHICH TIME IT APPEARED TO THE OBSERVER TO BE ELONGATED IN SHAPE. THERE WAS A RAPID INCREASE IN SPEED AFTER THE INITIAL MOTION WAS OBSERVED IN AN UPWARD AND SLIGHTLY SW DIRECTION. APPROX 20-25 SECONDS
